# 1.Get started with chatips

1. Login and Workspace

  1. Open the workspace domain (provided by Chatips, e.g. https://workspace.chatips.com).

  2. Log in using the account from the invitation email, or the email address + password provided by the administrator.

  3. If two-step verification is enabled, enter the 6-digit verification code from your authenticator app or a backup code as prompted. For details, see Profile and Notifications.

  4. The same login account can join multiple workspaces. The workspace name in the top-left corner can be switched.

If you open the link and see:

| Screen | Meaning | What to do |

| No workspace | Account has not joined any tenant | Please ask an administrator to invite you, or contact Chatips |

| Workspace suspended | Tenant deactivated | Administrators, please contact Chatips |

| Seat locked | Insufficient seats in the current plan; your account is locked | An administrator must release seats or upgrade; you cannot go online to accept chats while locked |
